Delivery timeframe

  • Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days of placement.

 Delivery area:

  • We deliver to pan-india. 
  • Please note: Deliveries to remote locations may experience slight delays when shipped via India Post.

Delivery methods:

  • Parcels are dispatched via selected couriers for fast and reliable service.

Delivery charges:

  • Delivery charges will be free if the order value exceeds Rs. 500.
  • For orders below Rs. 500, standard shipping rates apply.

Additional information:

  • Unable to Track Order Online: Contact us if unable to track your parcel.
  • Unavailable to Receive Parcel: Courier will attempt delivery twice and hold for 3 days if unsuccessful.
  • Receipt of Damaged Parcel: Refuse damaged parcels and inform us immediately.
  • Received Defective Item or Incorrect Order: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact the customer service team via email at or call the toll-free number 1800-102-5871.
  • If the product is delivered the refund or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. If unable to do so, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds or replacement can only be processed after the logistics team collects the shipment from the buyer.
  • Products must remain unused. Consortium Gifts will facilitate the pickup of damaged or defective items through its logistics partner. In cases where this isn't feasible, buyers are required to dispatch the product within one day of confirmation from the vendor, with courier freight charges reimbursed after consultation with Consortium Gifts.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and invoices intact.
  • Adequate packaging is advised to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, Consortium Gifts will verify the defect/damage. If genuine, Consortium Gifts will raise the request for refund/replacement.
  • Buyers should check product packaging for damage before accepting delivery. If tampered or damaged, buyers should refuse delivery and inform Consortium Gifts promptly.
  • Accepted returns will be refunded based on the original payment method, either directly into the debit/credit card or online account, or via cheque.
  • Refund timelines vary based on payment method and circumstances, typically within 7-21 working days for online payments and through cheque for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Promo codes used are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees, equivalent to the Transaction Price received.
  • Refunds are conditional and subject to Consortium Gifts' policies and buyer compliance.

       Please note: We only offer replacements for apparel items in the event of size issue. Non-wearable items are not eligible for replacement.
