2.1 Registered Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and Password. Guest Users are accountable for safeguarding their email ID and cell number and restricting access to their computer systems. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete Registration Data. Failure to do so or provision of false information may result in suspension, termination, or access denial by CBS.
3.1 Users agree that communication with CBS via the Website or email constitutes electronic records. Consent to receive communications through electronic records from CBS is provided by Users.
4.1 CBS reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. Users are responsible for paying all associated fees and any applicable taxes, charges, ceases, etc.
4.2 Non-payment of Fees/Taxes may result in suspension or termination of membership by CBS. Legal action may be pursued by CBS in such cases.
5.1 The Website facilitates user interactions; however, CBS is not a party to or controller of any transactions between Users. CBS disclaims liability arising from uploading obscene, vulgar, or pornographic content and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services.
5.2 CBSs services are provided as is CBS assumes no liability for damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, product quality, or performance issues. CBS does not endorse or guarantee the sale of products or services on the Website.
5.3 CBS shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with these terms and conditions.
6.1 Users release and indemnify CBS, its officers, and representatives from any consequences arising from other Users actions on the Website. CBS is not responsible for the accuracy or nature of information provided by Users on the Website.

9.1 Disputes arising between Users and CBS shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator identified by CBS. The arbitration proceedings shall follow the Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall be conducted in English in Delhi.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with documents referenced herein, shall be governed by the laws of India.
