Understanding Consortium Gifts  shipment methods is essential when placing your order. 
Your merchandise is dispatched within 7-10 days from the order placement date on our website.  
From the time your order is dispatched from our Order Processing Center,
it takes between 2-7 working days to reach you.

Delivery methods
All parcels are dispatched using a courier selected based on your order and the type of products sold by EY Brand Store.
This ensures a fast and reliable delivery service, with parcels typically arriving within 2 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery charges
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each.
However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Pearl Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities. The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

If you cannot track your parcel online after dispatch,
please contact us. We'll investigate and provide assistance.
Unavailable to Receive Parcel:
In case of your absence during delivery attempts, our courier will contact you via phone and SMS. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the courier will hold
your parcel for 3 days. If unclaimed, the parcel will be returned to us. You'll receive an email for resending the parcel, which will be held for a week. Failure to respond within this period will result in order cancellation. 
Receipt of Damaged Parcel:
Do not accept any parcel with damaged or tampered packaging. All parcels leave our Order Processing Center in perfect condition, sealed with intact security tape. If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse it and inform us immediately via email at
Received Defective Item or Incorrect Order: 
If you receive faulty items or an incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours of parcel receipt. Reach out via the provided contact number or email at
